Abstract

 

Change is hard – and change in very large organizations much more so. This talk will cover how the application of systems thinking can be used to create outsize effects, allowing small teams to create significant impact.

Bio

Adam Lenander is the Lead agile coach for the Corporate Bank in Deutsche Bank, which includes one of the largest payments processing functions in the world.

 

He has applied systems thinking approaches for more than 20 years across a wide range of industries, including aerospace, automotive, food, chemicals, semiconductors and financial services.
