Many organisations have adopted Agile ways-of-working, but their management remain at the epicentre of decisions and having to organise and coordinate the work. They wish their team could operate with more autonomy and show leadership. Yet, unknowingly, they often are the cause of blocking the emergence of autonomy. The situation is ready for the next stage of change. In this talk we’ll explore how we can be intentional in distributing the leadership: Setting up the organisation for it, creating alignment through operational excellence and strategy, and developing the systemic relationships and competencies in everybody.
