In this war story I will talk about our journey and approach to transforming how our product and platform teams significantly increased flow, reduced handoffs and shortened feedback loops whilst increasing quality, security and compliance.
If you work in an Enterprise you’ll no doubt hear a lot of discussion, theory and rhetoric around “transformation” whether digital, Devops, Product or Agile on a daily basis but changing an enterprise is a complex task. Fundamental to this is building the foundations to enable autonomous teams to actually *be* agile.
