Bio
Kim Atherton is the founder of Just3Things, an OKR software platform initially conceptualised inside energy giant, and UK-founded Unicorn company OVO Energy, where she was Chief People Officer overseeing the growth from 50 to 2,000 employees.
Prior to, OVO, Kim was a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, consulting globally with organisations including HSBC, Virgin Atlantic, and Novartis.
