Haz McQuade is Head of Product at Motorway, the UK’s fastest-growing used car marketplace. With almost a decade of leadership experience across a wide range of products and industries, Haz is passionate about all things Product Management. 

 

In her role at Motorway, Haz has led on the launch of industry leading products, driving a best in class user experience for more than 5,000 dealer partners who transact on the online used-car marketplace. Under her leadership, the business has won industry accolades for the dealer facing platform, including the Car Dealer Power Award for ‘Best Stock Acquisition Platform’ in 2023 and the Motor Trader Award for ‘Best Online Used Car Trading Platform’ in 2022. 

 

An advocate for equality in tech, Haz regularly leads and participates in initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion across the technology sector. She is a volunteer for Women in Product London and regularly organises and speaks at their London events.
