Jenni has decades of experience in managing the people side of change in the utility and financial services sectors.

 

Now 'rewired' from full time work she nevertheless remains engaged in the debate around this subject, mentors out her knowledge and experience and is passionate about the need to democratise the change manager's mindset and skillset within organisations, transforming the discipline into a core competency for leaders and managers. 

 

She makes a difference by marrying her long experience with much current thinking around 'no one size fits all' approaches, methodological scepticism and the critical need for empathy.
