In this talk two experienced leaders, both coming to their roles through very different paths, will share their thoughts on how to bring change and transformation to technical organisations large and small. You'll see examples, practical tips and whole frameworks for approaching organisational design, strategy setting, getting buy-in, navigating internal politics and much more.
Bio

Marta has been representing technology at C-level in scale-ups and start-ups across different industries, including gaming, ecommerce and green energy for 10 years now.
Passionate about delivering speed at scale, she has a track record of developing excellent products and building great teams in growing businesses. She has spent half of her career "hands on" - delivering and operating distributed BE systems as well as web and mobile apps .
She has since held various management and leadership roles supporting tech and product teams with sizes ranging from 2 to 150 people. As Chief Technology and Product leader she worked on transforming two customer-obsessed, physical-product-focused businesses - MOO and Bloom & Wild, both with very strong brands and unique scaling challenges. Last year, she shifted her focus to the energy transition sector working with a growing portfolio of green energy startups at bp Launchpad.
