Rebecca’s career has centred on leadership roles in news and entertainment media.

 

After getting into tech “by accident,” she’s led everything from small-but-impactful project teams, large programmes, and product and engineering teams in companies including Financial Times, Napster, BBC, Sky, and TiVo.

 

Rebecca enjoys applying very strong people-management to software delivery challenges, arriving at creative solutions to knotty problems through high performing teams.

 

She thrives in complex companies and organisations, so long as there are interesting challenges to solve, and a team of people committed to the cause.
