Kim has worked for Nationwide Building Society for the past 7 years with roles spanning from delivery teams and Enterprise PMO to the recently formed central Value Realisation Office. With a specific interest in leading-edge Portfolio Management, Kim has helped steward multi-million pound Strategic Investment Portfolios. More recently Kim has been part of a team exploring new Ways of Working, coaching teams to highlight their potential risks to Value and giving practical, easy to understand tips for how to measure Value & OKRs.
