Samantha is one of Nationwide’s Enablement Specialists who played an integral part in establishing the Ways of Working (WoW) team in its early stages. Whilst supporting the continuous evolution of the WoW team, she also spends her time helping colleagues across the organisation to contextualise business agility and optimise the way they work through visualisation, measurement and removing impediments to flow.
Samantha has 17 years experienced in developing and leading highly effective and motivated teams throughout her career in the Armed Forces, in Project Management and as a Scrum Master. Her diverse background enables her to flex her approach to suit the context of each team she partners with.
