Toby is the host of the Wicked Problems podcast and MD of StoryPositive Limited. He has over thirty years’ experience leading teams, primarily with Financial Services. For the past twelve years, his focus has been on bridging the gap between business and technology, advising C-Suite and business unit heads on the confluence of organisational leadership and Agile ways of working. Clients have included Northern Trust, SETL, The London Stock Exchange Group, The London Metal Exchange, Deutsche Börse, BBVA, GMAC (now a part of Ally), and many others. Toby holds a post-graduate diploma in Organisational Leadership from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and is a qualified Agile professional.
