As ClearBank accelerates its global expansion, the technology team has grown at an unprecedented pace. Tom will describe how Team Topologies and Team APIs have enabled them to manage interactions between platform teams and stream-aligned teams, and how this is improving efficiency, productivity and scalability. He will also discuss what didn’t work, and lessons learned along the way.

A proven technology leader, Tom has experience of seed startups through to IPO and FTSE 100 companies, and he has worked across a diverse range of industries and companies from the BBC to Just Eat.

As CTO at ClearBank, Tom is responsible for building a banking platform which enables the growth of brands such as Tide, Coinbase and Etoro.

Tom is also co-founder of BuildCircle, a successful technology consultancy that helps startups and scale ups enhance business value, speed and quality.
