You would be forgiven if KFC, the nation’s favourite chicken restaurant, did not immediately register for you as a technology brand. After all, technology was never a part of the Colonel’s original business recipe. But times have changed. As the industry saw a progressive take-up of home-delivery food, COVID accelerated the transition of customer habits by a decade, and it was essential to act. Technology has landed firmly in the business in very short order, from ordering food using digital channels to optimising kitchens. In such a fast-changing landscape, aligning meaningful change on the inside was also necessary. Please join us to hear from Jatin Chandwani (KFC’s CTO) and Philippe Guenet (Change Coach) on how KFC progresses with its incremental transformation using Flow thinking, developing teamwork collaboration, consolidating excellence, and distributing the strategy for better initiative & autonomy.  

Bio

Philippe now works as an independent professional coach, focusing on people, leadership, and organisational change related to technology and complexity in business. He helps enterprises realign to achieve Flow and fosters a new systemic leadership and teamwork collaboration. Philippe is also a pioneer in systemising Kaizen and making strategy continuous using Wardley Maps. Philippe works with start-ups and corporates like Lloyds Banking Group, Deutsche Bank, Carnival UK, and KFC UK&I. He holds certifications from ICF (International Coaching Federation) as PCC and ACTC (Advanced Certification in Team Coaching), is the Director of Thought Leadership of ICF’s UK Chapter and is the founder of the Digital Leadership meetup in London.
